BostonbeaN has been taking proactive preventative measure as health & safety is a top priority in our food and safety quality management system. BostonbeaN has taken steps to ensure we are providing a healthy and safe environment for our employees as the health of our employees is vitally important as we continue to provide services to the workplace.

In an effort to maintain a sanitary environment at BostonbeaN the cleaning staff here is routinely sanitizing all workspaces throughout the day paying close attention to commonly touched areas such as doorknobs and filing cabinets. Our delivery drivers and any other employees touching equipment and/or consumables are required to wear gloves while picking product, loading trucks or making deliveries. We have added sanitizing stations throughout our warehouse making them easily accessible to all employees picking product for delivery. During our routine office visits and while making deliveries our delivery personnel will carry with them sanitizing wipes which will be used to sanitize equipment and break room stations. BostonbeaN is also offering latex gloves to our clients whose employees may come in contact with equipment we provide to their workplace. We are requiring any employees showing signs of illness to stay home for a period of 14 days. BostonbeaN is strongly suggesting that any unnecessary scheduled travel plans by its employees be postponed until the Coronavirus is no longer considered a threat. We have been communicating with our vendors ensuring they are also taking similar measures.

As a food and beverage provider to essential businesses such as hospitals, police and fire departments, bio tech companies working on a vaccine or other treatment or cure and companies essential to the supply chain of testing materials, BostonbeaN qualifies as an essential business and will continue to conduct business to support these businesses.

As this situation continues to evolve, we will closely monitor guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and both local and federal health and government officials. We will continue to rely on their recommendations and expertise to inform our decisions. As the situation related to COVID-19 continues, BostonbeaN will communicate any changes or anticipated disruptions to our customers.
